Lesson 3 continues to build on the findings of the CLM Pre-Assessment to complete a deep dive assessment (included). In Lesson 3, the CLM Task Force engages with key stakeholders from across your organization, conducting stakeholder interviews, focus groups, and visioning exercises (included) where stakeholders identify what works and where there is room for improvement.

The deep dive assessment includes an evaluation of your existing CLM solution (included) or any combination of existing software and processes your organization uses to complete the required CLM tasks.
